About This Role
The Lead โ Client Success plays a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and driving customer satisfaction. This role focuses on handling orders and tasks while collaborating with internal teams for seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will proactively manage client accounts, maintain accurate records in HubSpot, and work closely with the tech team to support technical needs.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts with a focus on GWS, GCP and Microsoft solutions.
- Ensure seamless onboarding by coordinating initial agreements and service activations with the operations team.
- Maintain and update HubSpot for accurate client records and insights.
- Collaborate with the tech team for efficient project execution.
- Support Chromebook-related tasks and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide and receive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on technical knowledge to address client needs effectively.
Requirements
What we are Looking For
- Bachelorโs in a relevant fieldย
- Strong client relationship management and customer engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, GCP, and Microsoft solutions.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and CRM tools.
- Effective communication, feedback, and problem-solving abilities.
- Continuous learning attitude and adaptability.
- Relevant technical or business background.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles.
